Injection Molding Technician - Nights

We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in automated injection molding with plastics.

• Operate and maintain automated injection molding machines.
• Set up and adjust molds and equipment for production runs.
• Monitor and improve the production process to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Provide daily technical support to molding team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the molding process.
• Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist with developing molding team from packer to tech.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automated injection molding with plastics.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize jobs/duties simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• $2.00 per hour Night Shift Premium
• 12 hour shifts - 15 days a month
