Litehouse Foods - Up to $21.77/hour - 1400 Foreman St SE - Responsibilities:
Conducting line checks, first case checks, and beaker weights to ensure ongoing product quality;
Reviewing and signing off on MVI jobs; pulling reports and adding jobs as needed;
Performing analytical tests, such as titrations and specification reviews;
Verifying sanitation procedures and environmental monitoring;
Managing product hold status: tagging, logging, investigating, and updating systems (ERP/SharePoint)
