• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings like a pro.
• Take accurate measurements and plan layouts for flawless execution.
• Select the right welding methods and equipment for each project.
• Prepare components for welding—cutting, grinding, and setting up for success.
• Weld in multiple positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead) using manual or semi-automatic equipment.
• Inspect and test welds to guarantee strength and quality.
• Perform repairs and fill gaps when needed.
• Maintain your tools and keep the workspace safe and organized.

• Proven welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Skilled in TIG, MMA, and other welding techniques.
• Comfortable using manual and power tools (saws, calipers, squares).
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Steady hands, sharp eyes, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety standards and commitment to PPE.
• AWS or other welding certifications? That’s a big plus!
