DuPont's Healthcare Industries Material Site (HIMS) is seeking a  
** Packaging Technician
** in Hemlock, MI!

This position is in the front line of packaging finished goods to prepare for shipment. Our team is looking for a top caliber, technically capable operator who is focused on safety, embrace change, make informed decisions, possess self-confidence and leadership skills and are lifelong learners.

** Pay:*
* Starting wage is between $18 and $21.50 depending on experience. Additional shift premium is also received for working a 12 hour shift.

Duties & Responsibilities:

*
* + ​Package products for various customers using various packaging materials.

+ Complete electronic documentation for the orders you are packaging.

+ Safely transport goods via forklift throughout the plant.

+ Perform daily tasks using the appropriate computer tools and software.

+ Follow procedures and practices to ensure a safe and efficient operation.

* Education & Experience:

*
* Required:

+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

+ 1 or more years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, military, or related role is preferred.

+ Basic computer skills.

+ Willing and able to work a 12-hour rotating shift, including weekends, holidays and overtime when needed. (Optional straight shifts is obtainable)

+ Willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Willing and able to stand/sit for extended periods of time.

+ Willing and able to complete work that involves repetitive motion and/or repetitive lifting.

+ Perceive, identify, and respond to plant and site alarms.
