Our client, a leading plastics manufacturer and Tier 1 automotive supplier, is seeking reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to support daily warehouse and plant operations. Based in Auburn Hills and Orion, MI, these positions play a vital role in maintaining smooth production flow and on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities- Operate sit-down forklifts to transport raw materials, components, and finished goods
- Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments
- Stage, label, and verify products for shipping and receiving
- Use barcode scanners, RF devices, and basic inventory systems
- Assist with cycle counting and inventory tracking
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Support other warehouse functions as needed
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3–6+ months of forklift experience required
- Must pass a forklift driving certification test (conducted during interview)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math, reading, and communication skills
- Experience with FIFO, inventory documentation, or warehouse software a plus
