Join a growing team at a well-established manufacturing facility in Dexter, MI! We're currently hiring for two essential roles: Brazing Operator and Assembly Operator. These are full-time, long-term opportunities with consistent schedules and excellent potential for growth.
Position 1:
Brazing Operator - $16.50/hr
Do you thrive in a warm environment and enjoy hands-on, detail-oriented work? This position involves operating and loading brazing furnaces, as well as prepping and assembling components prior to heat treatment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate brazing furnaces safely and efficiently
• Prepare and assemble parts, ensuring they are clean and free of chips, shavings, or burrs
• Tag and organize pans of parts appropriately
• Accurately complete labor tickets (hours worked and production counts)
• Report part or equipment issues to the group leader
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area
• Sit for extended periods during assembly work
• Rotate duties with other team members in the department
• Perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment:
This is a high-heat area due to multiple operating furnaces - ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in warm conditions, especially during summer.
Position 2:
Assembly Operator - $16.00/hr
Looking for steady, seated work in a clean, team-focused environment? As an Assembly Operator, you'll help ensure final products are built to specification and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components at a dedicated workstation
• Coordinate and manage parts needed for final assembly
• Inspect and sort parts, removing flawed components
• Accurately track hours and production counts on labor tickets
• Keep work area clean and stocked for the next shift
• Sit for extended periods
• Perform other duties as assigned
