Description:
We are seeking to add an experienced individual to work in our assembly department in Lowell, Michigan on first shift. Please note that the position may vary, depending on the workload. You will be performing light assembly work, packaging and inspecting parts and labeling boxes. Required Qualifications:
• Ability to regularly understand/adhere to safety regulations and PPE guidelines.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced/high-volume environment.
• Ability to understand work instructions and required training.
• Ability to be cross-trained in multiple jobs within the given training period.
• Ability to lift (bending, reaching, maneuvering, tilting, rotating products) for 8 hours
• Ability to retain information with the expectation to be able to train after adequate time on the job.
• Ability to understand product specifications, and ensure the products meet quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an industrial or similar environment that involves some lifting.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that assembles large products. Physical Requirements of Position:
• Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) based on specific job tasks, including but not limited to steel-toe/composite boots, , safety eyewear, to ensure a safe working environment. Skills to Be Successful in This Role:

• Ability to quickly comprehend and apply verbal/written instructions, demonstrating a proactive approach. Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday
- Friday.
