Shift: 1st shift
Monday-Thursday: 7:00am-5:30pm
Friday: 7:00am-3:00pm

Pay: $20-28/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. As an assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various customer specific components and systems on agricultural bulk feed trailers. Your expertise in hand tools, power tools, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems will be crucial in ensuring the quality and functionality of our agricultural feed hopper trailers.

Responsibilities

As an assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various customer specific components and systems on agricultural bulk feed trailers
Your expertise in hand tools, power tools, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems will be crucial in ensuring the quality and functionality of our agricultural feed hopper trailers
Perform assembly and installation of mechanical and electrical components according to engineering specifications
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments to assemble, adjust, and test components such as augers, junction boxes, hydraulic control valves and motors in addition to pneumatic air lines and valves
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
Troubleshoot and repair any issues or malfunctions in the assembly process
Collaborate with other team members to improve assembly processes and product quality
Each trailer is designed and built to meet individual customer specifications and exceed expectations
