Brine Maker Production​/Quality; Seasonal

Conagra Brand Foods, home of Vlasic, located in Imlay City, Michigan, is seeking seasonal Brine Makers. This role is full‑time during April–December.

Shift: 5:00 AM–2:15 PM. Hourly rate: $19.15 an hour. Anticipated close date:
July 6, 2026.

Location:

Imlay City, Michigan.

• Report data.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, twist, and climb stairs.
• Brine manufacturing is a critical control point (CCP) essential to prevent or eliminate food safety hazards.
• Set up, prepare, and make emulsions (chemistry); learn in‑house makeup of ingredients for production demand.
• Ensure accuracy with liquid and dry ingredients.
• Control bulk ingredient brine system (valves/pipelines).
• Prepare brine and emulsions for specific products.
• Maintain cleanliness and production supply.
• Maintain expected level of task completion in a safe manner and meet quality standards.

• Complete batch sheets and ending inventories.
• Work safely with equipment and ingredients.
• Follow plant clean‑up and sanitation procedures.
• Achieve brine preparation meeting quality standards.
• Document detailed compliance with audit standards to maintain Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification.
• Report data.
• Establish priorities.
• Train and direct other team members.
• Ensure production demand is met.

• Proficient in basic math.
• Heavy labor frequently lifting up to 50 lbs.
