ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITYBMG has an exciting opportunity for a 2nd Shift Crew Leader in our Beaverton, MI location. To provide direct and technical supervision within their shift to produce quality products in the most efficient and effective means to satisfy the requirement. The Crew Leader is responsible for scheduling, personal resource management, leadership, supervision & communication for their shift
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONSTwo-year degree in work activity is preferred

Manage continuous improvements within their shift as crew leader
- Lift, push, and pull up 35 to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
- Walk for extended periods of time
- May work in seated or standing positions for prolonged periods of time, perform sustained manual activities at low to moderate levels of exertion
- Must be able to access and navigate within each department at the organization's facilities (i.e. climb stairs, ladders, etc.)
