Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines and older Acme Gridley equipment on 3rd shift to support production of small precision parts;
Load and unload parts into machines throughout the shift, ensuring correct placement and consistent workflow;
Inspect parts regularly for quality using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools;
Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments during the shift to maintain part quality and dimensional accuracy;
Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and specifications to ensure parts meet required tolerances
