Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and motivated Welder to join our DML team. The ideal candidate will have experience with stainless steel TIG welding, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work up to 50 hours per week. Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Identify and differentiate between various types of structural steel.
• Collaborate with engineering and fellow welders to resolve issues and ensure quality.
• Accurately measure and prepare materials for welding.

Required Skills

• TIG welding (stainless steel preferred).
• Basic wire welding knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Familiarity with welding machine setup and operation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Required Knowledge

• Welding techniques and safety procedures.
• Structural steel types and their applications.
• Measurement tools and fabrication processes.
• Blueprint reading and interpretation.

Ability to Implement

• Apply welding skills to fabricate high-quality components.
• Follow detailed instructions and engineering specifications.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Adapt to changing priorities and production needs.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
