• BS Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Science) or equivalent work experience
• Three (3+) plus years of experience in production leadership roles within the manufacturing sector. Experience in paper, film, or web‑handling processes a plus
• Excellent analytical skills required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
• Strong planning and organizing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced team setting.
• Ability to work and think independently.
• Ability to assume a leadership role when needed on a project.
• Must exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
