Part-Time Topper​/Floater 2nd Shift; Seasonal Production

Shift & Compensation

Part‑time (Seasonal) shift: 5:30PM–10:30PM. Hourly Rate: $16.82 an hour plus $0.25 shift differential. Seasonal employment from May to December. Schedule is created one day per week, up to six days (Monday–Saturday), based on availability and production demand.

Imlay City, Michigan

• Maintain product quality and production standards following the guidelines provided in standard work procedures.
• Uphold plant GMP (good manufacturing practices) and PPE (personal protective equipment) policies, ensuring strict adherence to industry standards for food safety and personal safety.
• Ensure actions are consistent with and support plant safety goals and procedures.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure food safety and workspace cleanliness.

• Complete written documentation and follow recordkeeping policy.
• Perform quality verification procedures as they relate to packing.
• Work with equipment.
