As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for setting-up and operating CNC machines to produce steel parts in a variety of shapes and sizes. You won't get bored in this position!

• Read process sheets, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine dimensions, setup, and operating requirements
• Set up and operate CNC machines to machine steel work pieces
• Perform and document quality inspections
• Monitor and replace machine tooling as needed

• Comfortable using CNC machine controls and following instructions
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work
• Solid understanding of basic math, including fractions and decimals
• Dependable, detail-orientated, and committed to doing the job right
• Eager to learn and grow into more complex roles like multi-axis machining and programming
