ScheduleMonday–Friday with weekend off; shift options: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Overtime opportunities available. Night shift premium: +$2.00/hour.
About the RoleParts Inspection & Packaging Associate will ensure plastic components meet quality standards and are prepared for shipment. Great for individuals starting out in manufacturing.
Responsibilities- Inspect plastic parts for quality, defects, and consistency
- Sort and count products according to order specifications
- Package finished parts and prepare them for shipment
- Label and organize materials accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
- Support team members and learn basic machine operations over time
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Consistent Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off
- Opportunities for overtime pay
