Trillium Staffing is now seeking General Laborers in Berrien Springs, MI!

Pay rate is $16.50/hour. Schedule is Monday–Thursday: 6:00am–3:00pm and Friday: 6:00am–12:30pm.

We are seeking reliable General Labor workers for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Berrien Springs. You will work closely with team members and assist in various production and assembly tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Operate an air nail gun
• Use hammers and various hand tools
• Move product through machinery
• Cut out flanges and assemble product
• Perform repetitive physical movements such as pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and squatting
• Lift up to 50 lbs

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or construction experience
• Ability to work safely in a high paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
