CNC Machinist

Location:

Fair Plain, MI

Pay: $20 - $26 per hour + shift premium.

Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (6:00 am – 6:00 pm).

Hours:

36, paid for 40.

We are seeking a CNC Machinist for a stable role with a leading manufacturer creating high‑precision components for aerospace, medical, defense, and agriculture.

  Work 36 hours, get paid for a full 40‑hour week

• Operate multi‑axis CNC machines to produce high‑quality precision parts.
• Troubleshoot equipment and setup issues efficiently.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Use precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machine operation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and an understanding of production procedures.
• Experience with gantry, Swiss, or mill/turn lathes is a plus.
• Experience with Murata or Star machinery is a bonus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative team attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a 12‑hour shift.
