General Laborers
Cardinal Staffing is looking for general laborers to work outdoors at our customer in Belleville, MI.
Shift Details:
- Flex shift – Must be open to working BOTH 1st and 2nd shifts
- 1st shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Thursday
- 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday–Thursday
- May be required to work one Friday per month in addition to the regular 40 hours
Essential Functions:
- Work in an enclosed outdoor facility sorting and cleaning scrap metal parts on conveyor belts
- Perform routine maintenance on facility equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Operate a forklift (if experienced)
- Shovel scrap into various bins for processing
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of general labor experience
- Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts with overtime as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong work history and excellent attendance
