Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Allegan seeking Six Sigma Black Belts who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion, delivering significant cost savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and project management.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis to identify root causes of defects and variation, and develop sustainable solutions.
• Drive the application of Lean principles to eliminate waste and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure successful integration into daily operations.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Six Sigma concepts and tools to various levels of the organization.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the manufacturing environment.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with advanced statistical software (e.g., JMP, Minitab, R, Python) for complex data analysis and predictive modeling.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) demonstrating expertise in leading large-scale initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies.
• Expertise in Change Management principles and their application within a manufacturing environment.
