Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AMHourly Rate: $24.30 an hour + $0.40 shift differential
Reporting to the Sanitation Supervisor, you will support plant sanitation operations by performing cleaning and sanitizing procedures across production systems while ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and operational standards. You will help maintain a safe work environment, support continuous improvement efforts, and ensure sanitation processes meet regulatory and company expectations.

- Support quality processes by documenting and tracking production variables, downtime, and product samples while making adjustments to maintain standards
- Actively support the Conagra Performance System including 5S, team-based problem solving, total productive maintenance, and continuous skills development
- Own a designated area within the plant and drive organization, cleanliness, and 5S standards
- Follow and comply with Safe Quality Food and Good Manufacturing Practices requirements
- Conduct routine sanitation and area audits and support corrective actions
- Assist with training other associates on sanitation processes and procedures
- Maintain skill certifications through audits, rotations, and continuous development
- Perform cleaning and sanitizing procedures on product flow systems between production cycles
- Use hand tools to adjust process flow piping and prepare sanitation cycles
- Operate and control valves and piping to prepare clean-in-place cycles
- Operate human machine interface systems to execute sanitation sequences
- Record sanitation activities including temperatures, concentrations, and process details
- Perform chemical testing to ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
- Monitor, troubleshoot, adjust, and inspect clean-in-place equipment and report defects
- Respond to alarms and ensure sanitation systems operate within required parameters
- Use mathematical operations to track and evaluate chemical concentrations
- Operate sanitation equipment including pressure hoses and power floor scrubbers
- Use cleaning chemicals to sanitize production equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect and clean processing, packaging, and facility equipment between production cycles
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, and general production areas
- Operate forklifts and scissor lifts as needed to support sanitation activities
- Coordinate with team members across shifts to support safety, quality, and efficiency improvements
- Replace sanitation chemicals and maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Perform work with speed and precision to meet sanitation schedules
- Support production, maintenance, and sanitation schedules including overtime when required
- Perform additional duties assigned by leadership
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a manufacturing or sanitation environment preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices preferred
- Understanding of clean-in-place systems and automated sanitation processes preferred
- Experience working in team-based environments with continuous improvement practices
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Capability to operate equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and sanitation machinery
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed

- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.

- Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
