Manpower - 4459 E Blue Grass Road - Responsibilities:
Set up and operate conventional, CNC, and special purpose machining centers to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts;
Train staff on the use and programming of machining equipment to enhance team skills;
Recommend tooling, fixtures, and process improvements to increase efficiency and quality;
Perform periodic maintenance on all machine shop equipment to ensure optimal operation;
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and QC packets to complete tasks accurately and maintain quality standards
