Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Set up CNC machines (mills and lathes) for production, including selecting and installing tooling, fixtures, and work holding;
Perform tool changes on CNC mills and lathes as required by each job or production run;
Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to established specifications, work instructions, and production schedules;
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine dimensions, tolerances, and machining sequences;
Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify part dimensions and ensure parts meet quality standards
