PMG, a leader in pavement preservation and maintenance products, is looking for a dedicated Production Associate to join our asphalt sealer production team. This is a great opportunity for someone with production, batching, blending, warehouse, or industrial plant experience who is looking to build long-term skills in a steady manufacturing environment.
As a Production Associate, you will play an important role in producing high-quality pavement maintenance products used by contractors, municipalities, and commercial customers. This position supports the batching and mixing process by following detailed production instructions, measuring and adding raw materials, operating mixers, pumps, tanks, and related plant equipment, and helping transfer finished product for packaging, storage, or shipment. Accuracy matters in this role, as each batch must be made according to established procedures and quality standards.
This is a physically active, hands‑on plant position. The work may include lifting, climbing, moving materials, operating a forklift, handling hoses, cleaning production areas, supporting shipping and receiving, and assisting with tank and equipment cleanout when needed. Candidates should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that can be hot, dirty, dusty, and fast‑paced ety, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.
We are looking for someone with at least two years of production, manufacturing, batching, warehouse, or related industrial experience. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and forklift experience or certification is a plus. The right person will have strong mechanical aptitude, good attendance, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow detailed instructions without cutting corners. Overtime and occasional Saturday work may be required based on production needs.

This position offers competitive pay in the $20–$22 per hour range
