ORBIS is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will prepare products for shipment by following product guidelines and customer requirements. This includes cleaning, inspecting, assembling, decorating, and stacking products to ensure quality and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities- Prepare products for shipment according to established guidelines and customer specifications.
- Work safely and efficiently while using all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Read and interpret product documentation, including quality alerts, safety alerts, and standard work instructions.
- Clean, trim, and assemble components using hand tools to meet fit, form, and function requirements.
- Maintain continuous production flow to prevent backlog at workstations.
- Inspect finished products to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.
- Support training of new employees and assist other departments as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including CI, 5S, and standard work practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
