Manufacturing Maintenance

Our client, an industrial manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Maintenance, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have problem‑solving skills, technical expertise, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance

Location: Charlevoix, MI

Pay Range: $25-28/hr

Shift: 1st Shift 6:30am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday

• Perform troubleshooting and repair of various machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Utilize mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections according to check sheets.
• Operate and maintain floor scrubbers and forklift trucks, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance, electrical systems, and manufacturing processes. Electrical experience preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery such as floor scrubbers and forklifts.
• Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
