As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in manufacturing precision aerospace components that meet exact customer specifications.

• Operate CNC machines to produce quality parts safely and efficiently
• Monitor multiple machines and processes simultaneously
• Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, gauges, optical comparators, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
• Record production and quality data within our electronic systems
• Perform routine operator maintenance (TPM)
• Deburr and rework parts when necessary
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation using 5S principles
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

• Interested in continuous improvement and learning new skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements
• Experience using precision measuring equipment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Basic shop math skills
• Strong problem‑solving abilities

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, and reaching
• Regular lifting up to 10 pounds
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds

• High School Diploma or GED required
