As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in manufacturing precision aerospace components that meet exact customer specifications.
- Operate CNC machines to produce quality parts safely and efficiently
- Monitor multiple machines and processes simultaneously
- Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, gauges, optical comparators, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
- Record production and quality data within our electronic systems
- Perform routine operator maintenance (TPM)
- Deburr and rework parts when necessary
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation using 5S principles
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
- Detail‑oriented and quality focused
- Dependable and self‑motivated
- Comfortable working with technology and precision equipment
- Team player who communicates effectively
- Interested in continuous improvement and learning new skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements
- Experience using precision measuring equipment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Basic shop math skills
- Strong problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, and reaching
- Regular lifting up to 10 pounds
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- High School Diploma or GED required
