Location: Plainwell
JBS Foods - - Responsibilities:
Oversees all processes of the fabrication floor, all aspects of production from set up to yields, quality, employee safety, food safety, volume, costs, claims, turnover and absenteeism;
Develop and lead Supervisors to grow in all areas of the Fabrication Floor in daily meetings and throughout the day;
Ensures area is properly staffed to meet operational needs;
Make sure that all USDA regulations are being adhered to and maintains a good working relationship with Union, USDA, Quality Control and maintenance employees;
Ensure that safety programs are in place and daily safety checks are completed and all interventions are followed to protect product integrity
