Packer – Day/Night Shifts

Looking for a steady job with great pay, solid benefits, and room to grow? We’re hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Packers/Press Operators – no previous manufacturing experience required!

You’ll help create and package plastic horticultural containers used across the country, working in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment.

• Help keep production running smoothly
• Inspect products to ensure quality (we’ll train you!)
• Count, pack, and label finished items
• Follow simple work instructions and record basic information
• Be part of a team that values safety and support

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to stay active (this role involves standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and moving throughout your shift)
• A team player mindset—you’ll work closely with others every day

• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screen
