Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good communication skills and good knowledge of English language
• Must be able to work in a team environment

Essential Functions:

• Safely move dies as directed utilizing overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Perform safety inspections of overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Keep dies clean by washing them as required and wrap of dies for preservation against weather.
• 5s and organization tasks in Tool Room.
• Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Tool Room Team Leader/ Supervisor
• Abide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following:
  Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the Martinrea Employee Handbook

Work Environment:

• 100% Plant Floor (PPE Required)
