Manpower - - Responsibilities:
Perform lamination procedures such as roll coater lamination and assembly of decks, sound shell panels, and pre-lam;
Set up roll tables, adjust pressures of presses, and operate equipment including vacuum beds and edging hammers;
Unload prelamination materials and properly organize scrap boards and platens;
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to company and regulatory standards;
Ensure all materials are correct in color and size before use
