Location: Wayland
Tree House Foods - - Responsibilities:
Prioritize employee and food safety while meeting production at the scheduled rate;
Inspect, clean, operate, start-up, shut down, changeover, and perform basic troubleshooting on assigned equipment;
Ensure materials required to run the line are stocked and product is entered into inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, etc.;
Direct team to safely complete Clean In Place (CIP), plug clearing, and other assigned activities;
Perform SOP-aligned operations and participate in continuous improvement activities (line performance tracking, CILs, drum beats) and train/mentor teammates as needed
