Pack/Sort position available in Hudson on 1st shift. This is an entry-level, sit-down position.

This company machines and assembles precision metal components for automotive fluid control systems. The company was founded in 1955 and is family owned.

Pack/Sort Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $13.80 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm)

• Sit down work.
• Pack and sort parts.
• Sort mixed/defective material.
• Repair parts as assigned.
• Report sorting and packing results.
• Perform dock audits on finished product.
• Perform shipping audits for unscanned product.
• Hand-pack finished product.
• Perform visual in process audits.
• Check measuring device accuracy.
• Complete required paperwork (production sheets, hold cards, bar coding, etc.)

Eligible for a pay increase every 30 days based on attendance and job performance.

• $13.80 to start.
• $14.30 at 30 days.
• $14.80 at 60 days.
• $15.35 at 90 days.

Pack/Sort

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and/or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• No experience necessary, company will train.
• Slip resistant safety shoes are required.
• Able to work overtime if scheduled.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.

• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
