We are seeking talented, hardworking individuals for full-time opportunities in manufacturing. No experience is necessary, as we are willing to train those with an aptitude for hands-on work. However, candidates with manufacturing experience, especially skilled machine operators, press brake operators, fork truck drivers, or grinders, will have an advantage in hiring selection and starting pay.

• Understanding of manufacturing processes (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with operating machinery and equipment (preferred but not required).

• Can Read Blueprints and Drawings – Intermediate.
• Can Read a Tape Measure – Advanced.

• Team Player – Works well as a member of a group.
• Detail Oriented – Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.
• Self-Starter – Inspired to perform without outside help.
• Ability to Make an Impact – Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization.

• Press Brake Machine – Preferred.
• 1 year Manufacturing – Preferred.

• High School Diploma or better – Preferred.
• High School Equivalent or better – Preferred.
