Production Helper NA-

This entry-level production role supports line activities by preparing raw materials, operating equipment, performing quality checks, and packaging finished products.

• Preparation of raw materials and packaging: identifying and preparing the right quantities, transporting them to the appropriate production area, reporting any deviation from normal, noting start and finish of process
• Operating processing equipment in line with process instructions and procedures
• Monitoring equipment to keep processes running at desired run rates
• Completing the initial testing and release of products to ensure there are no deviations to specifications
• Checking labels and packaging material to ensure correct labeling following existing rules and instructions
• Packaging final products in accordance with instructions and H.B. Fuller quality standards
• Carrying out all operations in compliance with expected quality standards, operating procedures of H.B. Fuller, and respecting all legal and company EHS rules
• Responsible for housekeeping in the area of responsibility
• Carrying out any other duties requested by the Production Manager/Supervisor

• Basic educational degree or high school diploma or general education diploma
• No prior experience required
• Knowledge of common software programs (MS Office)
• Ability to read and understand work orders, production process, safety regulations, and quality procedures and instructions
• Availability to work in shifts

• One year of experience in an industrial environment
• Understanding of basic English

• Required to stand for long periods of time
• Walk and climb stairs
• Use hands to remove or lift boxes
• Stretch and reach with arms extended
• Stoop and bend
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Temperature, dust, smell, and noise are under normal chemical environment conditions

Pay is based on several factors including education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $19.45 per hour.
