Injection Molding Operator

• Follow all safety procedures.
• Read and follow work instructions and procedures for the operation.
• Verify proper components.
• Operate a molding press, assembly machine or other equipment.
• Perform quality inspections on parts produced.
• Package parts.
• Complete all required paperwork.
• Manufacturing experience and/or Injection Molding experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to follow directions from and communicate with supervisors, technicians, and co-workers in a professional manner.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to comprehend and train to documents such as work instructions, safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member with co-workers.
• Exhibit a high degree of responsibility with an emphasis on quality and safety.
• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively.
• Manufacturing experience and/or Injection Molding experience is a plus but not required.
