Our client, Chelsea Milling Company - JIFFY, is seeking a dedicated Mixing Operator to join their team. As a Mixing Operator, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the Mixing Department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:
** Starting pay is $18 per hour + a $0.30 per hour shift differential

** Shift:
** 1st shift is 7am-3pm; 2nd shift is 3pm-11pm; and 3rd shift is 11pm-7am.

** What's the Job?*
* + Mix batches of products ensuring the correct ingredients and quantities are used according to recipe specifications.

+ Operate control panels and scales accurately to feed ingredients into the mixer.

+ Monitor ingredient quality and report any contamination or non-conforming products immediately.

+ Test and verify batch quality, ensuring compliance with company standards before releasing to the Packaging Department.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and staging ingredients for changeovers.
