  • Monitor production output and respond quickly to quality or process deviations to minimize downtime and scrap.
  • Follow all safety procedures when working with presses, cranes, forklifts, and auxiliary equipment.
  • Document process changes and communicate effectively with team members and other shifts to ensure continuity of operations.

Essential Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience working in a plastic injection molding facility.

  • Hands-on experience with machine setup and process optimization for injection molding presses.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving issues with molding processes and equipment.

  • Exposure to robotic systems including Sepro and Fanuc, as well as custom automation cells.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support auxiliary equipment such as dryers, hoppers, color mixers, loaders, thermolaters, robots, sprue pickers, and hot runner systems.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with frequent mold changes and shifting production priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with other technicians, operators, and cross-functional teams.
