Fabricator/Welder Position
Clinton Machine specializes in the design and build of custom automated equipment, robotic work cells, and material handling systems. Our equipment can typically be found in such industries as: automotive and transportation, oil and gas, steel bar and tube manufacturing, and billet forging systems. We are looking for an experienced fabricator/welder to join our small but growing team. Since we are a custom automation manufacturer, there are very few repetitive job functions.
This is a great position for someone that likes something different every day. We have a small team, and we value a positive work culture where everyone takes pride in their work.
- USA Citizenship a Requirement.
- Driver License or Chauffeur's License.
- Ability to drive forklifts & trucks.
- Organized Handling of Materials & Paperwork.
- Self-motivated & Ability to multi-task.
- MIG Welding and Fabrication Experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and recognize symbols and specifications in their field.
- Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude, ability to dimensionally layout details from drawings.
- Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment.
- Self-starter with ability to manage daily work requirements to keep projects on schedule.
- Ability to physically meet the demands of the job and have an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of industry safety practices.
- Ability to work with others and operate in a team-oriented workplace.
