Timken's Lovejoy plant in South Haven, MI seeks a production leader to oversee operations, safety, scheduling, quality and continuous improvement.
You will lead operative employees, build the production schedule, monitor performance against targets, and drive on-time delivery and cost control while upholding Timken Core Values.
Minimum qualifications include 7 years of supervisory experience; knowledge of Lean concepts and SAP is preferred, with a salary range of $72,000–$95,000.
