** Senior Machine Builder

As a
** Senior Machine Builder**, you'll play a critical role in assembling and testing equipment that supports essential water and fluid-handling solutions around the world. This is more than repetitive assembly work—you'll work hands-on with mechanical and electrical systems, interpret technical instructions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every product meets rigorous quality and safety standards.
Your experience and attention to detail will help deliver reliable equipment that customers depend on every day.
** What You'll Be Doing
*** Assembling and testing mechanical and electrical components using detailed work instructions and specifications
* Building standard and custom equipment configurations to meet customer requirements
* Performing precision assembly utilizing hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and measuring devices
* Following assembly and testing procedures, including color coding, PVC thermal welding, thread sealing, and other manufacturing processes
* Reading and interpreting blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, and specifications
* Verifying product quality and identifying potential issues before final production release
* Completing required production, testing, and quality documentation
* Supporting internal and external customer expectations through high-quality workmanship
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, 5S activities, and workplace safety programs
* Adhering to all company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements

** What We're Looking For
**** Required Qualifications
*** High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
* 3+ years of experience in machine building, mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a related technical field
* Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
* Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions
* Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and productivity standards
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Forklift certification or operating experience
* Experience with pumps, piping, plumbing, or fluid-handling systems
* Experience assembling industrial equipment or custom machinery
* Experience supporting continuous improvement or Lean Manufacturing initiatives
