Lead the line where precision meets production Picture your first hour: you review the print, choose the right punches and dies, set up the Accupress, confirm your bend sequence, and pull the first-off. Gauges in hand, you validate every critical dimension, document the results for the lot record, and green-light the run. By the end of the day, labeled containers show exact customer, part number, quantity, and shop order info - and your cell is spotless.

• Operate Accupress, Dener, and Toyokoki press brakes to form parts to tight tolerances.
• Own tooling setup and removal to enable efficient, repeatable production.
• Inspect and measure parts using precision tools and measurement gauges; maintain complete quality records.
• Interpret blueprints and apply shop math to bend allowances and backgauge settings.
• Maintain accurate part counts and ensure containers are properly tagged for traceability.
• Partner with your supervisor and teammates to coordinate work and resolve challenges quickly.
• Champion safety by following procedures, wearing PPE, and keeping machines, tooling, and workstations clean daily.
• Troubleshoot equipment and mechanical issues while meeting quality and performance standards.

• Demonstrated equipment and mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Hands-on experience with machine setups for production runs
• Solid shop math and blueprint reading
• Proficiency with PPAP processes

• Press Brake systems:
  Accurpress, Toyokoki, Amada, Mitsubishi, Bystronic, Cincinnati
• Measurement Gauges and precision instruments

• Second shift, four ten-hour days (4x10)
• Hourly pay with a 20% shift premium
