Job Summary:
We are hiring for 1st and 3rd shift in our powder coating operation. We welcome experienced professionals and entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate powder coating equipment and assist in production processes.
Prepare and inspect metal parts for coating.
Ensure consistent quality and finish of coated products.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.

Required Knowledge:

Basic understanding of manufacturing or industrial environments.
Familiarity with powder coating processes (preferred but not required).
