Our client, a global manufacturer of commercial equipment, is seeking a  
** Manufacturing Engineer
** to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality. The ideal candidate is collaborative, analytical, and driven to improve processes. Unique manufacturing environment:

** Pay Range:**  $80K to $85K + Bonus

** What's the Job?*
* + Improve manufacturing processes, quality, and productivity.

+ Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

+ Support new product launches and process development.

+ Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.

+ Partner with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

+ Manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.

+ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and root cause analysis.

+ Strong communication and problem solving skills.

+ Project management experience is a plus.
