fairlife, LLC, a Chicago-based nutrition company, seeks a Night Shift Operator to work 12-hour nights (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule. You will operate Tetra Aldose, Alsafe, and UHT pasteurization equipment, ensuring safe, sanitary processing and accurate parameter documentation.
You must perform the listed duties, clean equipment daily, monitor CIP systems, and contribute to team training while maintaining GMP compliance and safety standards.
