Axiom is seeking a Set-Up / Process Technician to join our plastics manufacturing team in Capac, MI. You will be responsible for safe and efficient setup of molds and operation of injection molding machines, ensuring process quality and compliance with health and safety standards.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technical experience in plastic injection molding, hands-on knowledge of mold hot runners, robotic systems, and process optimization to reduce cycle times and scrap.
