Job Description Looking to hire CNC Machinists for Swiss-Style Lathes!
What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines to produce precision components.
• Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality.
• Troubleshoot machine, tooling, setup, and production issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and GD&T requirements.
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Verify parts meet dimensional, tolerance, and quality specifications.
• Complete routine equipment maintenance and report mechanical concerns.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized production areas.
• Collaborate with operators, programmers, quality personnel, and leadership to improve production performance.

• At least five years of CNC machine operation experience.
• Experience setting up and operating multi-axis CNC machinery.
• Gantry-style, Swiss-style, or mill-turn lathe experience is preferred.
• Murata or Star CNC machine experience is a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of high-speed machining and production procedures.
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable work ethic with the ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn, receive coaching, and take initiative.
