Post Holdings - - Responsibilities:
Utilize all PPE for the assigned job and report equipment issues to leads and production management;
Prioritize food quality and safety following GMP practices;
Perform butcher functions including skinning, de-hiding, gutting, trimming, inspecting (CCP) and bone/offal removal in a hot bone processing environment;
Sharpen and maintain knives to minimize physical strain during disassembly of carcasses;
Maintain efficiency metrics such as head count and yield in a fast-paced environment
