Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Location: Clare

Our client in Clare, MI, is seeking an Experienced Assembler to join their team. As a Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $21 tp $26 an hour (depending on experience)

** Shift:
** 4 pm to 2 am, Monday through Thursday, Friday is used for overtime

** What's the Job?*
* + Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components/products according to blueprints and work orders

+ Operate pneumatic, electric, and hand tools to complete assembly tasks

+ Perform quality checks before packaging and shipping products

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety protocols

+ Build crates, pallets and boxes for production as needed.

+ Assist with inventory management, part numbering, and cycle counting as needed

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED

+ Minimum of 2 years of assembly experience in an industrial setting

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

+ Proficiency with measuring tools and assembly equipment

+ Cross-training in different work areas as production needs require.
