Multi-Skilled Operator

We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a manufacturing environment and are eager to contribute to our production processes. As a key player in our production line, you will help ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards while working collaboratively with your teammates.

• Assist in the assembly and production of products according to established guidelines and specifications.
• Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform quality checks on products to maintain high standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Operate power presses or kick presses.
• Operate resistance welders or soldering stations.
• Run automated machines.
• Use lathes, CNCs, grinders, and drill presses.
• Use measuring tools and fill out paperwork to conduct quality inspections.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.

Must pass a background check and drug screen.
